Meet Corey Lipscomb
Founder & Lead Packaging Engineer

Corey is a packaging engineer and project manager with more than 20 years of experience at companies including The Home Depot, Stanley Black & Decker, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Yamaha, and General Motors. He has designed everything from pharmaceutical blister packs to steel shipping racks, and his work at a Fortune 500 company earned the President’s Award and more than $30 million in cost savings.
He has built U.S. and Asian supply bases, led line trials in China and Mexico, and worked with suppliers and plants in Japan, Australia, and China. Since 2022 he has also run Maccomb Farms, a working farm near Ann Arbor, which is where the “Farmer” comes from. Packaging Farmer brings both sides together: the engineering behind your packaging and the hands-on pack-out to deliver it.

Led vitamin and supplement packaging projects from specification through launch, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations including 21 CFR.
Senior Packaging Engineer, Industrial Design
Led projects from inception to production, trained engineers at the Xiamen, China plant, ran line trials in China and Mexico, and performed ISTA testing in an onsite lab.
